We can also advise on the number and location of signs you require and offer a FREE SITE SURVEY in order to determine your conformance to current Fire Regulations.

In simple premises, a few signs indicating the alternative exits might be all that's needed. In larger and more complex premises a series of signs directing people along the escape routes towards the final exit could be required.

Maintained internally illuminated exit signs may be necessary, where the lighting may be dimmed or extinguished.

A number of other mandatory signs such as 'Fire Action' notices may also be necessary.

Fire doors may need to be labelled 'keep shut' or 'push bar to open' as necessary.

If you have staff whose first language is not English, you may need to consider providing instructions in more than one language.
